A KOTOBUKIYA Japanese import! The latest new addition to the ARTFXJ lineup (a bold expansion designed "to bring classic Japanese characters to their fans worldwide") is another massively popular anime and manga property, Cardcaptor Sakura, the story of a schoolgirl's quest to find and collect magical cards. Following after the initial release of the main character Sakura Kinomoto is the initial rival for the Clow Cards and eventual friend and ally LI SYAORAN! A powerful warrior, the distant relative of Clow Reed crouches in a martial arts stance while holding his sword aloft and ready for battle. Li wears a ceremonial fighting outfit consisting of green shoes, white shirt and pants, and matching hat and unique jacket in green, orange, and yellow. His Chinese robe is richly detailed with elongated sleeves and front and back sections, various symbols including the yin and yang, bells, and more. The superb detail on the card seeker extends even to the braided tassels on his ornate sword's hilt! Sculpted by Yoshinori Itou, Li Syaoran is just over 9 inches tall (1/7 scale) as he prepares to leap off of an angled display base featuring intricate symbols and designs on a large gold tile.
